How PFIC works…

Choose Attendance Type

PFIC is a great event to attend either in-person or virtually. We focus on making an event where you feel welcome and able to learn. Our content is on trend with what you need to learn. Networking is designed to be relaxed and able to have conversations.

If you attend in-person every health precaution is taken with mask and social distancing requirements. The in-person event is limited to 80 attendees total and those are done on a first come first serve basis. Breakfast and lunch are covered on both primary conference days.

Accessing great content and never having to get out of your pajamas makes the PFIC virtual experience perfect for you. All sessions will be held based on the Mountain time zone.

Reserve Your Room

If you are attending in-person you will want to reserve your suite at the Westgate Resort Park City. This beautiful venue offers large rooms with so many amenities they are hard to list. Check out details on our Venue page and get your room early.

Please call your Paraben team at 1.801.796.0944 and we can help you get the room under the conference rates.

get ready for your PFIC experience

PFIC is designed to be about great content, intimate networking, and quality conversations that you don’t get at other events. Whether you are online in the PFIC Portal or in-person at the Westgate Resort in Park City Utah you are guaranteed to learn, grown, and connect.

After the event, ALL attendees will have access to the PFIC Portal until December 31, 2021. Here you can still interact with sponsors, attendees, speakers, and most of all access recordings of all the great sessions.

Employer Justification Letter

Many times employers want you to share what you will benefit from by attending the event. We have made the process easy with example text with details on CPE credits that you can cut and paste.

The PFIC-Paraben Forensic Innovation Conference and Training will take place September 14-16 in Park City, Utah. I believe my participation would bring new ideas and approaches to our organization, and significantly advance my professional development. I would like to request approval to attend.

The three-day program offers:

Listen to our Past Attendees!

OMG. I learned so much in the first hour of PFIC my mind is blown. As you may or may not be aware, I have been in investigations for over 35 years. I speak internationally on Police Policy and Procedure INVESTIGATIONS. I have NEVER at least that I Can recall, learned so much in one hour! This is such an incredible journey. Thank you a million times over.

The best on-line conference I’ve attended.  The most fun crowd, too!

PFIC is a fun and educational conference for anyone who wants to connect with the latest trends and technologies in digital forensics. Thanks for an awesome conference.

Joseph Guarino

This was my first year attending PFIC, and I could not have been more pleased with the conference.  Even in a virtual format, the speakers were incredible, the content they provided was the best I have seen this year.  And even when the sponsors came on, it wasn’t a “buy my product” but a “here’s how it’s used in a forensic case.”  This is how a virtual conference should be done, I can not wait to go to the next one.

“If you have not looked at attending the Paraben Forensic Innovation Conference you should. The DFIR event has great talks and lots of hands-on lab tracks. Even though the conference is called Paraben, there are a lot of other forensic companies there. And, you can talk to lots of real users. Unlike other conferences that cost thousands, this digital forensics conference is affordable for any budget. Bonus: It's in Park City UT. I plan to be there every year!"
